Return policy

Aeres strictly adheres to a 14 day Return Policy from the date of delivery using free of cost pick up service. Every return should contain the original packaging including product tags for all the products. If you wish to return a product, we kindly request you to pack in the original box along with the original invoice.

 

1. Damaged / Defective Product
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The 14 day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold by Aeres.

2. Product Specific Policies
Items should be in the original condition you had received them in.
Kindly understand, a product can not be accepted for return under the following instances:

    • Damages arising from misuse of product
    • Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including the box, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

    A confirmation will be sent within 3 days after receiving of the returned shipment after due inspection indicating whether the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. Upon confirmation in consonance with the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment. In cases of cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account. Please allow upto 7 working days from the date of receiving the refund confirmation for all refunds to be processed.

    3. Inbound Shipping

    Pick up for returns will be available for select locations as per our delivery partner. In case, our delivery partner does not offer inbound shipping in your location, kindly ship the product back to us at: “1802, Benhur Building, 32 Narayan Dhabolkar Road, Mumbai 400006”.

    4. Cancellations
    Cancellation of any order will only be possible before the date of dispatch of the shipment. No cancellations will be entertained after dispatch of the shipment.

    5. Ineligible Returns

    An order that is ineligible for refund as per the criteria set in Point (1.) & (2.) will either be recycled in an environmentally responsible way by Aeres or can be shipped back to the customer with an additional service & shipping fee.
